🏡 Pick Up Information

• Pickup Location: Block B, SkyAwani 3, Jalan Santuari 2, Setapak, 53200 Kuala Lumpur.
• To do so, select "Pick Up" on the checkout page and choose your preferred pick-up time.
• There is no delivery fee for pick-up orders.

Delivery Terms & Condition

1. We will make every effort to deliver your order within your preferred time frame. However, delay may occur due to factors that are beyond our control, such as tracffic, weather conditions, or increased demand for drivers. As a result, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time.
2. Any last-minute changes are subject to availability as it may impact other customer's reserved slot.
3. Photos will be provided upon delivery, if available. We do not provide video recording service.
4. Kindly ensure the recipient is available and reachable at the contact number provided.
5. If the driver is unable to reach the recipient and there is no appropriate place to leave the ordered item, an alternative delivery will be scheduled for another time. The sender will be responsible for any associated fees and risks.
